B 61 1-piece classical V-belt with a pitch width of 12.5 mm, a height of 11 mm and section B has a top belt width of 17 mm, making it highly suitable for flat transmissions. The materials used in this belt are chloroprene on both sides and rubber with an EPDM oil resistance finish on one side. This increases the service life of the belt considerably and, at the same time, decreases wear and noise. They are manufactured to strictly controlled specifications to meet the demands of non-drivable applications, including conveying, pulley drives, conveyors, vibratory feeders and more. This product is suitable for high-temperature applications such as food processing machinery.
It is made to meet the stringent requirements for noise reduction of modern printing machines and packaging equipment. This classical v belt has a traditional construction, with a synthetic rubber cord reinforced by three or more cotton cords under tension and protected from heat by an outer cover cord. The design allows for easy handling, good traction and low noise production.
