The pump comprises MS and SS bodies that are IP55-rated for enhanced durability in challenging environments. It can be operated under normal conditions at ambient temperatures from -5C up to +40C. The motor is protected by IP55 grade protection for dusty environments and has a 50 Hz frequency rating.
The pump housing is made of standard MS steel sheet with bolts & nuts or MS single blow moulded for motor mounting. The impeller can be made out of Cast Iron or Manganese Steel. Gears are hardened chrome or alloy steel with grub screw and spacing ring mounted on a high-speed bearing. This pump features a corrosion-resistant cast iron Siphon breaker, Thalweg seal (optional), and shaft seals to withstand the toughest industrial applications available today.
